1.2 Bioscor is a clinic that offers Hair Loss treatments and Cosmetic Medicine procedures. The website www.bioscor.com.au provides information for the aforementioned and also facilitates confidential tele-consultations (video/phone call) with Australian registered doctors (Bioscor Doctors).

1.3 Our website content and any communications you have with Bioscor representatives (other than Bioscor Doctors) do not constitute medical advice. You should always obtain medical advice from a Bioscor Doctor or your regular doctor to ensure any particular medication or treatment is suitable and safe for you.

2. Services

2.1 You and your assigned Bioscor Doctor are responsible for the conduct of the consultation and all information or communications made including phone call or secure video call platform.

2.2 Bioscor Doctors have the same obligations to you as if they were consulting you in person. Bioscor Doctors will make notes of their consultation with you and it is their responsibility to hold and maintain your records as required by law. Bioscor may from time to time access the notes made by your Bioscor Doctor.

2.3 Bioscor makes no warranties that an online consultation with a Bioscor Doctor is suitable for you; you use the service at your own discretion.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 All material on the Website, including the text, information, graphics, trading names, logos, design, layout, downloads, pricing, products and services (Content) is owned by or licensed to Bioscor. You must not reproduce, transmit, adapt, distribute, sell, modify, publish or store Content for any purpose, other than with the prior written consent of Bioscor, or as permitted by law. All rights of Bioscor are reserved.

3.2 ‘Bioscor’ and aspects of the Bioscor logo are trade marks of Bioscor.

8.3 All health-related queries should be directed to Bioscor Doctors and not to Bioscor. Bioscor will organise the Bioscor Doctor to contact you should you have any of these queries.

11. Refunds Policy, Dispatch & Deliveries Policy

11.1 All prices listed are exclusive of GST and shipping costs where relevant.

11.2 Refunds: Subject to rights that cannot be waived under Australian Consumer Law, the subscription price can only be refunded when a) you let us know you would like to cancel your order and goods have not yet been dispatched b) our we cannot fulfil your order due to lack of stock c) a product or pricing error is identified. We can only refund back to the payment method and card used for the original charge.

11.3 Delivery: After the doctor approves the treatment and issues a prescription,  your goods will be sent within 3 business day of a successful consultation taking place. Your goods will be delivered by Australia Post. Delivery times by Australia Post differ, depending on your shipping address, please visit auspost.com.au/ for exact timelines, terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
