Dermal Infusion with RevitaPen
Revolutionary No Needles Skin Remodelling Treatment
RevitaPen has no needles. Instead, it has 100 nano-sized spheres made of surgical-grade stainless steel.
Bioscor’s Dermal Infusion with RevitaPen is a non-inflammatory, non-acid, NO NEEDLES, no pain skin peel, suitable for all skin types and conditions. Unlike other regenerative skincare treatments, the Dermal Infusion does not cause any trauma to the skin. Its unique technology allows it to work with the skin’s normal cellular processes to promote collagen production and cellular turnover, helping to nourish, heal and treat even the most sensitive of skin types.
A Dermal Infusion uses high-dose, therapeutic active ingredients that are applied topically to travel deep within the skin through liposomal delivery. This delivery to the dermal layer promotes rejuvenation through skin remodeling, increased circulation, heightened immune response and increased hydration. The result is a healthy glowing skin while addressing any troubled areas.
How this “no needling” works
We achieve the benefits of skin needling without actually using needles via this painless device called RevitaPen Pro.
The RevitaPen Pro uses non-invasive sphere-shaped tips to create channel pathways that enhance the delivery of the dermal infusion’s active ingredients deep into the skin’s dermis and enhance product absorption to create visible and instant results.
The purposed of the treatment is to
- Create substantial increases in fibroblast activity and collagen production without trauma
- Thicken the dermis (where skin ageing occurs)
- Normalised the over-production of sebum
- Reduce Hyper-pigmentation and improve skin tone
- Reduce fine lines and wrinkles
- Restore capillary flow and increasing nutrition in the skin
- Increase firmness and elasticity
- Heal red & inflamed spots on the skin
- Restore the antioxidant levels

RevitaPen versus SkinPen: What’s the difference?
With the number of various skin treatments available out there, it can be a little confusing at times when there are multiple “pen” devices. So what is the difference between RevitaPen and SkinPen?
First of all, SkinPen is the brand name of one of the top skin needling devices. The reason for its popularity is because it has been FDA-cleared for all skin types and conditions. RevitaPen on the other hand is made by a skincare brand called Osmosis. RevitaPen does not utilize any needles, therefore is not in the category of a skin/micro needling device.
Instead of micro needles attached to the tip of a single-use-only cartridge, it has 100 nano-sized spheres at a height of only 0.015mm. Compare this to a skin/micro needling device which uses needles of adjustable heights. Our SkinPen can go anywhere from 0.25mm to 2.5mm in needle depth. For more information on SkinPen, click here.
The RevitaPen is very similar to SkinPen in the sense that it create pathways (nano-sized; smaller than micro) in the skin but at a more superficial level, just penetrating the upper-epidermis only. It is deep enough to improve delivery of the encapsulated ingredients of the Osmosis’s dermal facial infusion without causing inflammation or skin trauma.
How does RevitaPen Dermal Infusion treatment feel?
Unlike conventional acid peels which can cause a burning-like sensation on the skin, the Dermal Infusion feels like a tingle. In fact, a Dermal Infusion is a relaxing experience and also known as a medi-facial.
Approximate treatment time: 1 hour 15 minutes
Dermal regeneration will continue to work up to 30 days following the treatment. As a guide, you can expect the typical treatment time line below:
Long-term improvements can continue to be seen for weeks even after a single treatment and optimal results achieved when the Dermal Infusion treatments are done in a series or coupled with Actives + skincare. Note: clients who are well prepped or have more resilient skin, they may not experience any peeling or sloughing at all. This is also normal, and is not an indication that the treatment hasn’t worked. As mentioned, dermal regeneration will continue to work for up to 30 days post-treatment.
