Securing Your Appointment

As part of Bioscor’s Melbourne clinic’s appointment booking policy, an upfront payment of $100 will be required to secure your appointment time with Dr Amanda Ong.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may result in the forfeiting of your deposit. Should your appointment be on a Monday, we will require at least 72 hours notice.  As you can understand, we try our best to fit in every client and hope you can appreciate that we can fill these appointments if you give us enough notice.

We understand that “life happens” (unforeseen circumstances beyond your control can occur) so we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as you can. This allows us to work with you to find another suitable time as well as give us enough time to find another customer to fill the newly available appointment slot. Please help keep our services are accessible to everyone, especially those on our wait lists.

We will greatly appreciate it if you can give us advanced notification if you are running late. While we are aware that it is not always possible to be on time, we hope you understand by running late to your appointment, it puts pressure on our staff and delays other patients’ appointments. Please notify us if you believe you will be running late so we can try and accommodate you, either by rescheduling you a little later in the day where possible so that it does not conflict with our other customers.

If you are running late for your appointment, Bioscor reserves the right to reduce your treatment time or reschedule your appointment. In the unfortunate circumstances where we are not able to perform your treatment, your deposit will be forfeited or a cancellation/no show fee will apply; this is especially in the case where the staff member is not able to utilise that time for another client.
