For the face, you may need 6 – 10 sessions performed every 2 weeks.
For the body, you may need 10 – 12 sessions performed every 1 or 2 weeks. For improving appearance of cellulite, you will most likely need a treatment weekly.

Yes, we highly recommend that you follow a few instructions such as begin drinking enough water (at least 1 – 1.5 litres a day) for two weeks leading up to your treatment and continue throughout your course of sessions. This ensures your cells are adequately hydrated and increase your skin conductivity levels during your session.
