Unique features of V-FORM
The Vacuum Boost
The other unique feature of V-FORM is its vacuum assist technology. This maximizes RF energy penetration, allows for greater skin contact and better control. Moreover, the four vacuum levels offer increased blood flow, enhance lymphatic drainage, and assist in the shrinkage of fat cell volume.
This combination of RF and vacuum action technologies enable skin tightening and fat volume reduction for face and body contouring. This means that V-FORM contouring can also help with improving the appearance of cellulite as cellulite is essentially enlarged fat cells held together by tight connective tissue bands and a weakened dermal layer.
No. Clients are mostly reporting that it feels like a “hot stone” massage during the treatment. You might feel some “hot spots” in isolated regions as the skin tissue is heated up but generally, it is very comfortable treatment.
No, downtime! Typically, a bit of pinkness and warmth that subsides within an hour of having the treatment. You may return to most of your usual activities; more information can be found at the bottom of this page where the ‘post-treatment instructions’ section is located).
For the face, you may need 6 – 10 sessions performed every 2 weeks.
For the body, you may need 10 – 12 sessions performed every 1 or 2 weeks. For improving appearance of cellulite, you will most likely need a treatment weekly.
Maintenance sessions may be necessary; your clinician may advise a session every 3 – 6 months.
For the face:
For clients who are noticing early signs of ageing such as mild skin laxity is showing some “heaviness” around the jawline and under chin (submental region) or an accumulation of fat in the submental area.
For the body:
Please note that it is NOT a weight loss solution. It is best to think of the V-FORM as an assistive therapy to complement a relatively active and healthy lifestyle. Even the best of us have pockets of stubborn fat or find that with age, it is harder to maintain a good body tone. This treatment helps to tighten the skin tissue and to tone up the area by reducing the fat volume. It is does not destroy any fat cells. It is ideal those who are relatively healthy and have realistic expectations.
Ideally, the V-FORM contouring is for someone who is at their target weight and has stabilised weight (without drastic fluctuations). Again, it is not a weight loss solution nor can it replicate the effects of a tummy tuck.
Cellulite is caused by enlarged fat cells, tight connective tissue bands and a weakened dermal layer so by addressing these, V-FORM can help to improve the appearance of dimpled tissue. You may need to have the treatments weekly instead of a longer interval of every two weeks.
Yes! Unlike a lot of laser therapies and treatments available, Radio Frequency energy is “colour blind” meaning it does not get picked up by pigment in the skin and works on all skin tones.
Yes, we highly recommend that you follow a few instructions such as begin drinking enough water (at least 1 – 1.5 litres a day) for two weeks leading up to your treatment and continue throughout your course of sessions. This ensures your cells are adequately hydrated and increase your skin conductivity levels during your session.

Results of V-FORM treatments
When can I see results?
For the face, patients are reporting noticeable results after three sessions where the skin appears to have tightened giving a less heavy and more subtly lifted appearance.
Whereas for the body contouring treatments will require a few months before results are seen. This is because the body takes longer than the face to regenerate collagen and elastin as well as reducing the contents of the fat cells through metabolism.
It is important to note that V-FORM therapy is NOT a weight loss solution or can it replace surgical procedures such as tummy tucks or face lifts. The radio frequency energy used in this treatment over consistent number of sessions aims to tighten and firm the skin (via fibroblast stimulation and collagen remodelling) AND increasing natural lipolysis (breakdown of triglycerides and its uptake) resulting in shrinking in the size of fat cells. It is ideal for those who have a relatively “active and healthy” lifestyle but are noticing signs of ageing (i.e. skin laxity around the jawline and chin) and accumulation of weight that is begins to be harder and harder to shift.
After 6 sessions of V-FORM and V-ST treatments by Dr Rohita Batra
The before and after photos will give you a realistic expectation of what a course of V-FORM treatments can achieve. For those with looser skin (post-pregnancy or post-weight loss), we may require additional modes of treatments which may include V-ST to achieve better clinical outcomes. V-ST is a different modality that can be performed alongside your V-FORM treatment as part of a skin rejuvenation or skin tightening protocol. Your clinician will be able to advise you on whether you will require V-ST.
Please note that these were not performed by Bioscor clinicians, photos were supplied by manufacturer, Sinclair.
How to optimise your Viora V-FORM RF for face and body contouring treatments
Maintenance sessions are highly recommended to be performed once ever 3 – 6 months depending on the individual treatment response and condition. Your clinician will give you an approximate guide on the frequency but this may be adjusted throughout your treatment journey.
